No-Refund Policy – All Items (New & Used) – Customer Responsible for Shipping Damage

 

 

1. Scope

This policy applies to all items sold by Zanzur Cards & Retro/Matan Zanzuri (“the Seller”), including:

 

  • New items

  • Used / pre-owned items

  • Sealed products

  • Collectibles

  • Accessories

 

 

All items are sold as described on their individual product pages.

2. No Refunds on All Items

 

 

  • All sales are final.

  • Once an order is placed and shipped, the Seller does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations—except in the limited cases listed in Section 4.

  • By completing the purchase, the Buyer confirms that they reviewed all product descriptions, photos, and condition notes.

3. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Damage

 

 

  • All items are shipped at the Buyer’s risk.

  • The Buyer is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction occurring during shipping or delivery, including but not limited to:

     

    • Bending

    • Creasing

    • Dents

    • Scratches

    • Water damage

    • Crushed packaging

    • Delays or mishandling by the courier

     

  • The Seller is not required to refund, replace, compensate, or exchange any item damaged during transit.

  • If the Buyer wants insurance or upgraded shipping, they must request it before checkout (if available).

4. Exceptions – When a Refund or Replacement May Be Considered

 

 

The Seller will only consider returns or refunds in the following strict cases:

 

 

a) Wrong item sent

 

 

If the Seller ships a completely different item than what the Buyer ordered.

 

 

b) Clear misdescription

 

 

If the item delivered is significantly different from the listing (e.g., wrong edition, wrong model, wrong condition rating).

 

 

Important:

 

 

Damage caused during shipping is not considered misdescription.

5. Buyer’s Inspection Obligation

 

 

  • The Buyer must inspect the item immediately upon delivery.

  • Any claim of misdescription or wrong item must be submitted within [insert number, e.g., 48 hours], including photos or videos.

  • Claims submitted after this window may be rejected.

6. Return Process (If Approved Under Section 4)

 

 

  • If a return is authorized, the Buyer must return the item in the same condition it was received.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.

  • Refunds (when approved) will be issued within [14 business days] after the Seller receives and inspects the returned item.

7. Warranty

 

 

  • New items may include a manufacturer warranty only if stated.

  • Used items are sold as-is, with no warranty unless explicitly noted.

  • Warranty does not cover any shipping damage or customer-caused damage.

8. Legal Notes (Israel Consumer Protection Law)

 

 

  • The Consumer Protection Law, 1981 allows sellers to define refund and cancellation terms, as long as they are clearly disclosed before purchase.

  • This no-refund and shipping-risk policy is presented prior to checkout, fulfilling the legal transparency requirement.

  • Certain items may have limited or no statutory cancellation rights, especially used items, sealed collectibles, and products with fluctuating value.
